Through Cliniko when you make an online booking
When you send us information in an email

Credit card details for deposit payment
We are committed to securely storing and handling your sensitive information.
Sensitive information is stored on Cliniko booking system which is password protected.
Any other documents are scanned onto a password protected computer
Once your initial client consent form has been uploaded to Cliniko by your therapist of management of The Wellness Nest (under your client file) this is then shredded and destroyed.
Only the therapist responsible for your treatment and authorised team members may access to sensitive material

Any payment details taken online are completed through a secure network called Stripe.
Sensitive information may be collected from children under the age of 18 under the following circumstances:
in the presence of their parents
with their parent or guardian’s full consent
All information collected from minors is securely stored in accordance with this privacy policy.
All archived sensitive information is securely destroyed after 7 years.
Professional Considerations

As Myotherapists, we owe you a professional duty of confidentiality. We take this responsibility very seriously and will always strive to promote your best interests.
In the event that we believe you may harm yourself or others will we then legally need to report this to the appropriate authorities.
You may choose not to provide us with your personal information. However,
if you choose not to be completely honest with us, we may not be able to provide you with the services that you request.
