Senior Myotherapy appointments are unique to The Wellness Nest. They are with our founder Rhianna Bridgett. There is no doubting Rhianna has a unique approach to Myotherapy, her main belief is that she wants your body to agree with what she is doing in the treatment session, not fight against it. Her treatments nourish the nervous system while unlocking the puzzle of tension and pain you are currently presenting with. As a result she gives you a tailored and holistic treatment approach specific to you and your needs.
Her Myotherapy treatments can incorporate a variety of skills including trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, dry needling, cupping, stretching, pain management and mobility programs.

ABDOMINAL SCAR RELEASE WITH RHIANNA BRIDGETT
The abdominal scar release appointment is specifically designed to treat women who are experiencing pain, restriction, dysfunction or altered sensation in an abdominal scar. It will also aim to improve your breathing, movement, and connection to your body.
This specific treatment is designed to help women who have birthed via c-section, experienced a hysterectomy and other female surgeries including laparoscopies. Abdominal scars can contribute to your back pain, continence issues, or general scar discomfort.
In this session we assess and treat adhesions around the scar, the abdominal wall, the diaphragm, and ribs. We can also treat any referred areas such as back, hips and neck. Sessions can include myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, gua sha and home care remedies.
Please note that you must be 8+ weeks post-surgery and be cleared by your doctor, surgeon, or women’s health physio before seeking this treatment.
You can also not be pregnant whilst receiving this treatment type.

Our Intuitive Reiki and Myotherapy appointments are the perfect combination of Rhianna’s energetic healing techniques with the use of hands-on treatment you would experience during her myotherapy appointments. These fully encapsulate all that she has to offer and takes you on the ultimate healing experience.
The appointment creates the perfect connection between the mind, body and spirit utilising soft tissue/massage techniques, cupping, dry needling, neural techniques, crystal healing, essential oils, reiki and what ever else her intuition suggests for you. No two appointments are ever the same and therefore are completely tailored to you on the day.
It is the perfect way to begin or continue your healing journey, unwind, and relax.
